CYCLES
Cycles,
like the celestial bodies that dance across the night sky,
are the very fabric of existence,
an unending rhythm
that weaves through the tapestry of time.
From the delicate unfurling of a flower
to the grand revolutions of the Earth around the sun,
cycles mark the passage of life, the ebb and flow of energy, a constant reminder that nothing is
static, everything is in perpetual motion.
In nature we are part of the changing seasons,
the tides rising and falling,
the birth, growth, decay, and renewal of life in innumerable forms.
Yet,
cycles are not merely about repetition-
they are about transformation.
To embrace change within our own cycles, and to move through
periods of challenge and hardship
we emerge different than who we were before,
sometimes stronger
and more resilient,
sometimes on our knees and finding the strength to ask for help.
Let us remember the power of cycles.
Let us observe the rhythms around us,
embrace the changes that come with each new phase as we travel into our new forms
and find wisdom in the knowledge
that every ending is also a beginning,
every downfall eventually an opportunity
for a fresh start,
a chance to move closer to our fullest expression
of the life we are here for.
